Lounging around

So I went to orchard today. Got a call from Matt at around 11 to hurry up and get myself over to Wheelock place. Dunno what he wanted to do there, we sat around reading magazines for an hour, then I said "Hey, Ive got stuff to do" Then he was like "Okay" and so we went our seperate ways.

Then I went to Artfriend at Taka to submit my artfriend member application form thingy. Actually I was supposed to get some art supplies too, but I had a spaz out and just stood at the entrance for a while, cuz I didnt know what I really needed to get :P So I just gave the guy the form and left.

Later had to meet Pangolin at Bugis. We were actually supposed to watch 'V for Vendetta' but there were no more screenings :P I arrived there at 2, then sat at Starbucks, sketching people for my 3rd assignment piece. Haha, I was always expecting someone to start walking to me and ask "Oei, wad u think ur doing?" but luckily no such thing happend.

When she finally came at 3, we went to our usual haunts. Had late lunch at Sakae Sushi, then went off comic hunting at Kino and Absolute Comics. Bought the 2nd Forgotten Realms comic, then just lurked around Seiyu for abit. I bought some headphones for my brother (The fool! He broke the last ones I got for him! And the guy said those were indestructable! Full Metal Headphones!)

We decided to go to Plaza Sing for a while, to look at stuff. I never knew the Comics Connection over there had such cool stuff. Bought 2 Hellsing wallpapers (Yay!) then went down to browse around Action City.

Went back at around 6, my mother picked me up from the bus stop cuz she was on her way back. Had dinner at Pizza Hut, then went home to watch some Naruto on vcd, cuz my sister was having tuition in my room (Whyyy??? Why use my room??????)

And yea. Momochi Zabuza is still much more cooler that Itachi, he even died like a true man, fighting till the end, with a kunai clenched between his teeth! Awesome stuff.

Spasticity

Hmm, so Ive finished my 2nd assignment piece, I guess. I just drew some stuff lying around my table, with cool shading :P

Anyway, Ive been working on an animation too, like my brother. Except I'm working at 24 frames per second, while he's doing 12 fps.

Heres a little protip on animation: Don't decide to change the number of frames per second halfway through, like I did. Saves you alot of trouble :P

Another protip: Don't decide to change the music halfway through, if your animation is timed with the music, like I also did . Saves you alot of trouble, too :P

Meh, I'm such a spaz nowadays. Feeling damn spastic. (Haha, I havent used the word 'spastic' in a long time :P) Woke up today at 9.30pm, too. Nevermind, I'll watch Mythbusters at 5am... (Or maybe Sunday, you fool! Sunday!)

In other news, the Megatokyo forums are still down. Mmm... Very bored on the net, now, no new art to look at now.

Meanwhile, Ive downloaded the 'Rise of Legends' Demo. Played it a bit, then deleted it. Mmm, Ill have the version that is LESS laggy, thank you! 10 minutes to load up, seriously, why are they showing us this now? Though the concept of the game is still quite cool, though. I say it has potential. Prolly will check it out again when it comes out proper.

Also, I figured out why my internet always f's up at the same time every night. Its cuz I dont ever turn it off. So now I know, the router isn't supposed to be on 24/7. Hahaz

You know what I need? I need a digital camera. Wachaaaaa!

Viva La Room!

Ugh, just woke up at 7.30pm....

Slept the whole afternoon. Hahaz. So I was talking to Josh yesterday, forgot what we was talking about, hahaha, but somehow I remember the phrase 'Viva La Room'... Something about me turning into a room hermit ever since I got Chibi Kuro, since I now have almost everything I need in my room, food, entertainment, only thing is toilet.

So anyway, Ive figured out why the MSI music video entertained me so much. Cuz it had people exploding and stuff. Also cuz it WAS directed by Jhonen Vasquez.(Thats why so many Vasquez references :P) Haha, Jhonen is the guy who created Invader Zim and JTHM, if you dont know. Awesome guy, he hates the world, you know.

Yea, so Ive completed 1 of my 5 piece assignment. Took me 4 days of constant drawing. Usually something like this would take me weeks, and usually I would get bored halfway through. But I think this course will teach me to hurry up and draw faster, which is a good thing, since Danthrr told me that I take too long to produce my sketches, longer than most people do :P

Now working on my 2nd piece. Prolly wont be as cool as my first one. Mmm, there is not much coolness today. I shall remedy that with an awesome video.

Dead Tuesday, damn this rock music!

OMG, Its Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in a very weird mood today. Like explosions and fire and big guns and stuff. GRAAAAAAA!!!!!!

So last night Joanna siad that our timetables were out. So I was like rehhhhh~!? And I went to check on the site. Then it was like WTF?

Then everyone and everything turned into a total complete distilled concentrated uber mega mess, cuz you see, they write our module timetables in moonspeak and stuff. Like everyone was panicking and like 'How to read this crappp????? Im Lostttttt!!!!!' and stuff, cuz it was coded and crap. Then we had a little panick party.

Turns out that those weren't our proper timetables yet :p So haha, false alarm. It wil probably be much worse (like 65 times worse) when our proper timetables come out. Hmmmm

Anyway, my assignment has not yet been complete, nuuuuuu~! Why does 1 page take so long to doooo??? Just a little bit moreeeee!!!!!!!(Hmm, what is happening to my english!?) I was stalling alot today, thats not good. Spent the whole day watching this stupid music video my brother showed me. Damn this punk rock music! It has pulled me away from my acid jazz!

The video. Damn, I cant stop watching this. This is MSI (Mindless Self Indulgence). the song's called 'Shut Me Up'. Lazy Mondae, The Internet Mole

Yea, did nothing much today except draw and play Korean MMOs (Yay, FlyFF!) Im 3/4 done with my 1st assignment piece, 4 more to go, bleh. Dunno what else to draw. Some buildings maybe? Or some real people? Maybe just stuff lying around? So many possibilites to 'Draw whatever you want'

Actually today (starting from 1am to 6pm) was quite good. Cured myself of my brain itching :p Cuz I was looking for afew songs for many months and I finally found them today. Phoooooo!!!

First up is this one. the song's called Cobrastyle, by Teddybears STHLM & Mad Cobra. If you want this song, or any other song, just ask (On MSN, of course)

Then next is the Lacoste Essential: Sea ad, where theres a guy jumping from pillar to pillar by the seaside. Can't seem to find the video right now, but the song is called Mushaboom, by Feist. Happy song, haha!

You remember the movie 'The Fifth Element'?(My no.1 fav movie :P) There's the flying Taxi chase scene, accompanied by some unknown arabian music? Yea, that song wasnt in the Fifth Element soundtrack, but I managed to find it. Its called 'Alech Taadi'. Very funky reggae beat with arabian singing, haha.

Also theres one song they played on MTV. Its like a background music when they show the sponsors or sumthing. Some weird future beeping music, hahaha. Its actually called Eple, by Royskopp.

Another MTV background song I found is the one where they show those weird oval creature things help each other out on MTV Make a Difference. Its called Summer Sun, By Koop.
